Hi,
I think it would be nice to add a subforum for PC questions/talk/modding. Or is Nintendo-Scene just about consoles and modding them?

I don't have a problem adding one, if there is a demand for it. Gather some interest and I will consider it.
We already have subsections for PC applications in both the Wii and DS sections.

I don't mean that it has something to do about consoles, just for general questions about PC's. (I wanna ask how I can recover my PC after overheating for example)
I don't know if the only goal of Nintendo-scene is console hacking-talk, so I don't know if this could be done.

.. I wouldn't mind one though. I'd like to brag about my semi-decent comp and its soon to be 4 operating systems (has 3 currently)

It will be in time, when official news started coming in for GTA IV there was a separate forum for official news. I dont think 2 forums are needed yet, not for a game that hasnt even been announced
